So yet another manicure Monday for you today (duh!).
This week, I was a bit uninspired (probably due by the crappy weather we’ve been having…) and didn’t really know what to do with my nails…
So I decided to try 2 new nail polishes!
First, as usual, I’ve put my Essie base coat, then I’ve put 2 coats of Covergirl’s #145 Lav-endure. Like the name suggests, it is a nice lavender color and becomes opaque enough with 2 coats. The only complain I have about it is the brush of the polish with is pretty thin and not very practical to apply. Then on my fourth fingers I’ve put the Sally Hansen 01 Crackle SnowBlast nail polish, which is yes, a crackle polish. Since I’ve never used a crackle polish before, I didn’t really know how thick to apply it so I did different opacity on both my finger (here is my right hand).
I might try some crackle polish over some glitters…I feel like it’s going to be awesome!
Have a good week!
